Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to align with the company’s goals, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • To be responsible in leading, coaching, and mentoring the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, training and support to drive individual and collective performance improvement.
  • To set and monitor sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the sales team, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to help refine sales strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in providing accurate sales forecasts to support inventory management, resource allocation, and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and customer-centric approach to business growth.
  • To prepare and present sales reports, including revenue, pipeline, and performance metrics, to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • At least possess Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Having experience & knowledge in banking / financial / investment related products.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that have achieved measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin (Commmunicate with mandarin speaking business partner)
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment and a deep understanding of customer service principles.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as & when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Initiate and drive sales activities, such as but not limited to pitching of our products and services to new, prospective, and existing customers.
  • Responsible on provide pre and post sales service to customers as well as to maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to help refine sales strategies.
  • Plans, executes, and manages sales-related activities and events.
  • Complete the sales submission process and follow up to ensure the payment receive from customer.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and customer-centric approach to business growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years & above sales related experience.
  • Having experience & knowledge in banking / financial / investment related products.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. (Multilingual is an added advantage)
  • Ability to work independent, possess own transport & willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop marketing strategies & launch plans in accordance with brand goals, whilst keeping in line with company goals and vision. 
  • In charge to ensure that the brands are always presented according to the brand guide and tone of voice of the brand in digital and non-digital communication. 
  • Oversee, plan & manage marketing & brand budgets, coordinating across internal & external teams to ensure financial accuracy as well as maximizing marketing dollar / spend. 
  • Plan, direct and implement marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) across multiple platforms that includes social media, e-commerce, and retail trade channels. 
  • Possess strong organizational & planning skills to lead teams from campaign conception to execution – involves strong project management & collaborative skills, to complement decisive leadership acumen. 
  • Produce, write and proofread campaigns/websites content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in order to stay abreast of the industry trends. 
  • Establish relationships, present projects, and campaigns to external and internal stakeholders to ensure implementation of campaigns are well executed. 
  • Analyse brands’ sales and marketing activations and prepare post-mortem reports emphasizing campaign on campaign excellence with a learning attitude. 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Compile monthly reports.

Job Requirements: 

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising or Marketing or equivalent. 
  • Candidate with 5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications or related roles. 
  • Proficient in strategizing and optimising paid media strategies across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and third-party ad platforms.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and also a team player with passion to guide others. 
  • Creative, passionate, and flexible with different requirements and contexts. 
  • Familiar with event management and online & offline media buy.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including online and offline media
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Plan and organize events, seminars as well as launching of new products.
  • Liaison with suppliers and respective stakeholders on these events
  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance using key metrics and analytics
  • Create compelling marketing content, such as blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, and social media content
  • Manage our social media presence and develop strategies to increase engagement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support their efforts
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
